Guiding students through the middle years.

Every middle school student is paired with a faculty advisor. These small, mixed-grade advisory groups meet daily to discuss social-emotional topics, build community, and track academic progress. It ensures that every student has at least one adult advocate who knows them deeply.

  • Daily morning check-ins and community circles.
  • Executive functioning and study skills workshops.
  • Peer mentoring and leadership opportunities.
